"Urgent warning to those in the village of Toul in southern Lebanon, specifically to everyone in the building marked in red on the map and nearby buildings. You are near Hezbollah facilities. For your safety and that of your families, you must evacuate these buildings immediately and stay at least 500 meters away, as shown on the map."
