It's an entertainment program that visits popular Lebanese villages and regions. The host tours the suburbs of cities and towns while holding a megaphone, looking for people standing on the balconies of their homes. The episode begins with an introduction to the region (Bourj Hammoud, Tripoli, Tyre and Sidon), then the host opens up a conversation with the people standing on balconies about the social and living conditions and offers everyone the opportunity to participate in a competition to win an award. The host explains the rules of the game, giving citizens the choice between answering a general knowledge question or executing a challenge (for example, singing or mopping the floor of the balcony, or washing their hands for 25 seconds, etc.).
